It's funny, I was re-reading Waid & Weringo's FF run over the weekend and getting pissed off that they were kicked off of that book. Now I'm pissed and sad.

Wow. What an incredible bummer.
I can't believe I'm a month behind in hearing the news. Oh God, I loved his work and was the third greatest artist to work on the FF. His and Waid's run got me back into comics (JMS almost got me off them all over again). His soft, cartoonish style was perfect for the FF and he reached the soul of every character.
His sudden death is a major loss for all fans. Godspeed, Mike. Thank you for rekindling my love of comics.
